Booking & Cancellation Policy
All reservations at Orfali Bros are managed via SevenRooms. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the reservation date and time to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation will result in the full prepayment being forfeited. A 3% administrative fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Party Size Changes
Reductions in party size are not eligible for a refund unless we are able to reassign the reservation to a smaller table. Same-day reductions in party size are strictly non-refundable.
Reservation Transfers

Use of Reservations
Reservations may not be sold, resold, auctioned, or offered for commercial or promotional use, including but not limited to concierge services, travel agencies, dining groups, or third-party booking platforms.
Any reservation found to be in violation of this policy may be cancelled without refund at the discretion of Orfali Bros.
Policy Enforcement
Orfali Bros reserves the right to enforce all booking policies through SevenRooms, including cancellations, refunds, modifications, and transfers, in order to preserve the quality and fairness of the dining experience for all guests.
