2. Reservations
All reservations at Orfali Bros are managed through SevenRooms. Reservation availability, confirmation, modification, and cancellation are subject to our Reservations, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Any enquiries for special events or bigger parties, please email us directly on rsvp@orfalibros.com If your desired date is unavailable, we encourage you to enter your name on the online waiting list in case of any last-minute cancellation. Reservations can only be made through the online reservation platform. We do not accept reservation requests over email, phone, or social media platforms.
Orfali Bros reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in the event of policy violations, inaccurate information, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, prepayments, administrative fees, party size changes, and reservation transfers are governed exclusively by our Reservations, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may result in forfeiture of any prepayment, in accordance with the applicable policy.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Orfali Bros reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to leave the premises if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Dress code guidelines, if applicable, are intended to preserve the dining experience and may be enforced at the discretion of the restaurant.
5. Pricing & Menu
All prices listed on the website or menu are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Orfali Bros cannot guarantee the availability of specific menu items, ingredients, or experiences.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take dietary requirements and allergies seriously, Orfali Bros cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests are responsible for informing the restaurant of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of reservation or 72 hours prior to dining.
